How To Dispose F-Line Petition

Boundary Point-out:

  1. When a farmer finds out about the boundaries of his land and suspect adjacent farmers have encroached on his land, then he/she may apply an F-line application in Meeseva/Grama sachivalayam for measurement and demarcation/determination of boundaries by paying prescribed fees. Then the application may come to MRO login.
  2. Only farmer/landowner with Khata number can apply for this F-line application.
  3. The application forwards to the login of Mandal surveyor after 24 hours arrived in MRO login.
  4. Mandal surveyor issue notice to the applicant and adjacent farmers informing the date on which the land survey will be carried out in order of priority of applications received in his login.
  5. As soon as survey notice is generated, if the applicant entered his phone number and adjacent farmer’s phone number in the Meeseva application and an SMS will be sent to all of them stating the date of survey(mentioned in the notice)
  6. Copies of notice should be issued to the applicant and adjacent farmers at least 3 days before the date of conducting the survey through village revenue officer by Village Revenue assistants.
  7. In case of issuance of Survey notices the date fixed for measurement may be changed in case of non-attendance of the applicant or due to any unavoidable reasons or in case of any refusal by anyone without proper reason to take notice, the VRO has to certify in writing that they have refused to take the notice.
  8. Attendance at the land survey by the Mandal surveyor on the date mentioned in the notice should be taken by all those who attended in the attendance form generated on the Meeseva portal.
  9. Mandal surveyor should measure in the presence of all according to the measurement of survey number in field measurement book and with the provisions of BSO 34-A para 20(a).
  10. Prior to determining the boundaries shown by the applicant, the boundaries of survey number of land and field Tri-junctions stations should be identified as being in the correct position according to FMB measurement or not. If any Field Tri-junction stone is missed, it should be rehabilitated by 3 are more converging lines as per the FMB record and do not assume that the triangular positions on the ground are in the correct position unless compared to the measurements recorded in the FMB.
  11. By using a converging line the missing survey stones should be re-fixed.
  12. The boundaries required by the applicant can be ascertained by confirming out boundaries and sub-divisional boundaries of the survey number.
  13. If the applicant and adjacent formers agreed to show boundary, they must sign the Statement generated on the Meeseva portal and record their statement.
  14. The next step taken in relation to this F-Line measurement and all their details should be recorded in survey report-1 generated on the Meeseva portal.
  15. In order to report to Tahsildar, on next to F-line application I)a copy of notice II)attendance form III)statement of consent of the applicant or adjacent formers IV)survey report-1, all these will be uploaded to Meeseva portal in Mandal Surveyor login and re-forwarded to MRO login and if necessary the enjoyment sketch should also be uploaded.
  16. In some cases where the petitioner refuses to give a statement of satisfaction with measured boundaries in presence of VRO and available village elders should take sign and record statement in Panchanama report generated on Meeseva portal.
  17. It should be reported to tahsildar next to the F-line application I)a copy of notice II)attendance form III) Panchnama report IV)survey report-1 all these will be uploaded to the meeseva portal and Re forwarded to MRO login.
  18. If the applicant/adjacent formers don’t appear three times for survey notice issued the Mandal surveyor will report the matter on the Meeseva portal by taking Panchanama and rejecting the application.

  • survey report should be scanned and uploaded in Mandal Surveyor login and Re forwarded to MRO Login.

If the farmer applied for survey for web land changes/Enjoyment sketch:

When the applicant shows the land according to their enjoyment, the boundaries and subdivision boundaries of the survey number should be measured on the basis of FMB and the boundaries should be re-fixed in which the applicant enjoyment should measure and collect the details of the area of enjoyment. In some cases, the applicant is required to measure the land enjoyment as well as the adjacent enjoyments of the other farmers in that survey number/subdivision number as per the rules and then charge the user charges i.e. survey fee to be paid and upload the report to MRO Login through Mandal surveyor login on the Meeseva portal.
