Build a survey-number-wise correlation statement from village Adangal or Pahani Excel data — group farmers by khata/unique number, sum extents, and list correlated survey numbers for AP land resurvey ground validation.

Data format

Expected Excel format

Upload a .xlsx, .xls, or .csv file whose first row contains column headers. Each data row is one Adangal/Pahani record. After upload, map the columns below.

Survey no. Khata / unique no. Farmer name Extent (ac)
100 4521 Rama Rao 1.25
100 4521 Rama Rao 0.50
101 4521 Rama Rao 2.00
102 7830 Lakshmi Devi 0.75
Survey number — main survey number only (without subdivisions like 100-1).
Unique / khata number — one identifier per farmer; rows with the same value are grouped together.
Extent — summed per farmer. Optional concatenate columns merge differing values (e.g. names) with commas.

Use the survey number range (e.g. 1-10 or 1-10, 15, 20-25) to filter which survey numbers appear in the correlation statement.

Upload file

Choose your village Adangal or Pahani export (.xlsx, .xls, or .csv). Column mapping appears after upload.

Map columns

Upload an Excel file to enable column mapping.

Concatenate columns (optional)
Check columns to merge differing values with commas. Leave all unchecked to merge every column except extent.
Include only records whose survey number falls in this range.

Correlation statement

How It Works

1. Upload Adangal/Pahani Excel

Export village Adangal or Pahani data to Excel with a header row, then upload the file here.

2. Map columns & set range

Select survey number, unique/khata, and extent columns. Optionally choose columns to concatenate and enter a survey number range.

3. Generate & export

Review the grouped correlation table — extents summed per farmer, survey numbers listed — then export to Excel or CSV.
